Good day Gurus!
I have a requirement which needs to select a specific country on a world map. Then, when that specific country was clicked, the map will drill-down/through to that specific country. The map will show only that specific country. And, on that map the data that is shown would be based by cities. Is it possible to do it? Thanks in advance. ;D
Cognos has some map capability built in and a small collection of maps, with tools to import maps made with other tools. Or you can integrate with Google Maps. Whether built in or using third party maps would be better will depend on your requirements.
So yes it is possible.
Hi bdbits! Thanks for your reply. Do you have an idea on how to do it?.Thanks again in advance. :)
There is a whole section on maps in the Report Studio User Guide, including map drill-throughs.

If you want to use Google Maps, here is one example of how to do it. You can find more with Google searches.
