Title: Suddenly Can't View Excel or PDF

Have anybody encountered this issue...

just today Cognos returns DPR-ERR-2101 error when we run reports with view as PDF or excel option.

Running in HTML is ok. So is running and  the report and save as PDF or excel. Then open the saved output, there is no problem as well.

Just only run reports and view as PDF or excel returns an error.

through the course of the day, i noticed the problem went away. then after several hours came back.

at the end of the day, i re started the services and the problem went away. will continue to observe
