Hi,

Could you please some one help on the following requirement.

Employee EID Project Name
abc@gdc.com PQR
edf@gdc.com JQK
abc@gdc.com BRS
irj@gdc.com OPQ

i put page break on Project Name and i used single query for recipient and burst information. if i burst the report the user abc is getting two different emails, one email for PQR project and another for BRS Project.

i am expecting the user abc should get an email which has PQR and BRS Projects information in a single pdf file.

Environment: Cognos 10.1.1 and Oracle 10g

What is your burst group?

Did you try grouping on email address....and then bursting, pbly it could work

Thank you for your reply!!

i specified burst group as DataItem1 which holds abc, edf and irj etc user name values.

I tried with keeping Project Name also in the Burst Groups but no use.
