Hi Friends,

I have created a portal page and used a cognos navigator option and assigned one report to the portal page.

I want to hide the action option i.e (properties, run, create report view etc) from the end user.

I want the end user to directly run the report from the hyperlink. Can someone guide me how to I achieve this.

Hi Brad,

there is one option where we can comment some lines in the system.xml file present in templates folder, but doing that we would be hiding those options from every user.

Could anyone guide us how to achieve this requirement.

diasbrad, this is pretty simple. When you set your properties on the navigator list there is a section at the bottom on the Features to Expose. Make sure you uncheck Actions.
