In my workplace we have IBM Cognos 10.2 configured to use an LDAP server to autenticate users. Anonymous access was disabled, but now I need to grant anonymous access to reports in certain folder. First I give anonymous permissions to read, execute and navigate to the report and his container folder, but it gives me an error because can¡t access to a report in other folder referenced by an layout reference, I resolved it giving anonymous access to that report too. I give anonymous permissions to the package too.
But now I get this error: RSV-SRV-0031 The user does not have the assigned capability to use 'HTMLItem' layout element.

I've followed the steps described there but without any result.
Any ideas to resolve this?

I didn't mentioned before: I've enabled anonymous access in Cognos Configuration in first place.
