Hi frnds,

Iam facing problem when iam trying to run the cognos server.Configuration saved without errors but registering the cognos reportnet is failed when tried to run the server.

Plz help me out...

What does the cogserver.log say?
What happens when you type in a DOS-command window:
java -version
or
ECHO %JAVA_HOME%

Does this return any result? if so you have also another java version installed other than the CRN java version. Try removing all other java version except the CRN version/

My problem got solved by changing the name of the Cognos server in configuration....

Changed the name of the server name in config.... :)
