Title: Scheduled Job Did Not Execute

Hi,

I have a scheduled job which executes and emails a collection of reports.

The job has been running successfully for a number of weeks, but for some reason the job failed to run on this particular occasion.

This is a distributed 8.4.1 (FP3) set-up over four dispatchers (not implemented by me!). I realise that the Fix Pack is out of date, however I see nothing in the fix list for the later Fix Packs which specifically mention a scheduling bug of this nature.

Steps taken to troubleshoot so far:
Does anyone have any ideas about further troubleshooting to identify the cause?

Manually renewed credentials. Having not worked on Cognos 8 for a long time, I forgot that credentials are not automatically renewed.
