Hi All,

I am getting a Freezing screen for Cognos 10.2.1 Transformer and Framework Manager.
Could you please throw some light on this to solve the issue?

I'd say your problem is that the screen is freezing. I can be pretty sure of that from the details you have posted. Otherwise, I can't really say much at all, since you haven't really given any details on anything...

If you have chance to restart the server, Restart the server, and Go to Temp Folder under Cognos Installation directory,  Delete all un necessary files ( you can delete all files). And try opening Transformer and Framework manager again..
