Title: setting the cardinality issues
Post by: inu on 28 May 2014 02:41:19 AM
Hi
Cardinality items are 1:1 or 1:n or 0:1 or 0:n  <--->    1:1 or 1:n or 0:1 or 0:n
Now i want to know that what is the meaning of  1:1   <---> 1:n   . And instead of that if i set  1:1   <---> 1:1 , then will there be any problem in fetching the data  from database, or there will be no effect.

Regards
Inam

This is a pretty large topic. It is difficult to provide a simple answer without knowing the particulars for your situation.

I'd suggest you start with the Framework Manager user guide to best understand cardinality and the effects on generated SQL.

There are also a number of excellent posts on the forum already that address specific questions about cardinality so you might also learn by searching the forum and reading some of those topics.
