Title: Scheduled report succeeded but email not received

My user has a scheduled job set to run daily and email the output (HTML) to recipients.

When run by the scheduler, the run history shows "Succeeded" and emails were sent but not received.

CNC-SDS-0408 There are email messages waiting to be sent.
CNC-SDS-0409 The email messages were sent to 4 recipients.

When run by the same user manually using the "Run the schedule once..." option, the emails are received.

Also, other user's jobs run by the scheduler are succeeding and they are receiving their emails.

I have used the search function on this site but could find no topics on this. If there is an existing post, please point me to it.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Hi,

Whose credentials are in the schedule?  Can you test changing them to the user who succeeds on manual runs?

Try a check of the SPAM filter and junk mail folders for recipients too.

Thanks for replying Simon. The manual and scheduled are both by the same user.

They've checked the spam/junk folders. However, considering that the output comes to them when the job is run manually I would rule this out.

Let me know if you think of anything else.

Hi All,

I am having a similar problem where email is sent when executed with "RUn with Options" but fails in a job

Due to this i am doing this manually at odd time of the day..

If anyone got the reason/solution for this please do share..
