I have some Cognos reports scheduled using the Cognos connection scheduler.
Is there anyway to have a dynamic email subject line and/or email body.
I would like to put a date for fiscal period in the email subject line.

The post includes a link to something that explains how to embed report content into the body of an email. I am not aware of any way to dynamically change the subject. If you find a way to do that then post back how to do it. That would be very useful to know!

Hi Lynn,
I had come across those messages earlier.
I'm going to see if I can tweek the IBM document to my needs. Ideally , I would like to change the subject line but haven't come across anything to help.

Hi ,

This is possible by using event studio,

add task send email after your report task,on the email subject you can drag the current date data item
