Can you explain what you mean? Are you asking for code to do this? It would seem rather difficult for anyone to give you advice as you haven't specificed what development language you are using...

Or do you just mean you want to log into Cognos Connection in a browser, copy a folder in the UI and then rename it?

Yes exactly the same you suggested. I need to do this thing using java. Can you please provide solution to this.
