I'm not sure if this belongs to this subforum, so please excuse if it should be in another.
I have tested using the visualizations (RAVE) for some time, but suddenly it stopped working. Whenever I try to add "Visualization to a report, in both Report Studio and Workspace Advanced, I receive an error: "The visualization gallery returned an unexpected response".
I have no problems accessing the Library in Connection, neither to upload new visualizations to the Gallery.
Have anyone else seen this error?
I have tried to delete all the visualizations from the gallery, but that didn't solve the error...
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I can't find anything in the cogserver logs.
If you launch Cognos Configuration and select IBM Cognos Services on the left, is your Visualization Gallery Service present and enabled?

Yes all dispatchers have the Visualization Gallery Service enabled, except my load balancing dispatcher, would this be a problem?
Also i recently added all dispatchers into two separate server groups:
"Standard Server Group"
"DQM Server Group"
It could be related to this...
