I have a requirement like below,in my list i have 3 columns
country news average coverage
my information column has a huge data, so my requirement is it should scroll from right to left, and i don't need any scroll bar when i ran the report it should scroll automatically from right to left continously.

Scrolling text in a report would drive me crazy! And by crazy I mean more crazy than I already am :)
My preferences aside, if you render the report in HTML you can use the marquee HTML tag to do this.
It feels wrong to explain how to do something I fundamentally object to, but <deep breath> here goes:
Unlock your report. Drag an HTML item from the tool box in front of the item you want to scroll. Drag another one after the item you want to scroll. The tag syntax is "<marquee>" for the one before and "</marquee>" for the one after.
