Title: User personal folder to move Public folder

Hi All,

I want to move one user personal folder reports to Public folder. How to see users personal folders in cognos connection Please guide me.
Cognos 10.2.1 v

You need to be an administrator in order to do this. This is accomplished by going into IBM Cognos Administration. Go to the Security Tab, then Users, Groups and Roles. Browse your domain to find the specific user account with the report to copy to public folders. Go into their My Folders tab and copy/paste the reports to Public Folders.
