1) If I use a prompt in my report and i have to show only few values for the prompt.
I can give a detail filter condition associated with the prompt query.
But since I am using a dimensional package. I am using the condition in the slicer. but when report runs those values filtered in slicer still appears in the prompt.
2) using two prompts from different hierarchy and report is filtered based on these values. Currently I have them in the detail filter of the main query, how can I move them in to slicers.I still want the prompts to be inside my report page.

A slicer doesn't affect the members returned, it affects the values. You would need to use a filter function or edit the set and use the filter GUI.
