Is there a quick-and-dirty way to move a mouse over a dashboard graph and have it visually expand just by moving the mouse over it?

Are you looking to expand the entire graph, or to have a magnifying glass effect, like in various online stores?

I want to expand the entire graph, not merely magnify some segment of the graph. I'd like to see the entire graph, x axis, y axis, bar chart, line representation...whatever is part of the graph expand on the monitor when the mouse is moved over it.
