Hi ,
when I try to run my report in cognos workspace which uses an html item , I get this following error.
"RSV-SRV-0031 The user does not have the assigned capability to use 'HTML Item' layout element."

I tried the solution posted in these links, but it doesnt work.

Anybody faced similar issue. Please let me know what should be done.

I dint set the package level property. It is working fine.
