Is it possible to create a Cascading Prompt in Workspace ?

Right now, we create the prompt in Report studio and pull the whole Prompt page it works , but is it possible to create it indiviudually ?

Not currently a feature supported in Cognos Workspace filters, I'm afraid. They way you are currently doing it using RS to create the prompts is the way to go.
