Hi All,

I have migrated from cognos 8.4 to 10.2.1 and now m facing an issue to log in using the LDAP namespace. I have configured the cognos configuration for the LDAP namespace same as we did in the cognos configuration of 8.4.

Please find the attached file for the error ans guide me towards resolving this issue. i have removed the name from the screenshot for security reasons.

That is a generic message and not much use to determine the problem. Take a look at the cognos log files; there are likely some entries there for when the logon error occurred.

i will check the cogserver.log file and post if i find some error related to the log in process.
