Can someone help me with the following error I receive when attempting to access a TM1 database.

AAA-AUT-0013 The user is already authenticated in all available namespaces.

I figured it out.

Had to restart the Cognos BI services.

Usually it means you are already signed in and you are attempting to sign in again.
