Hi All,

One of the user try to download cognos 10.2.1 report with excel 2002 but not able to download but same user can download with 2007 excel format.
Same report we check in our PC we can able to connect, other user's also can.

Can any one please suggest there is any option to enable in IE or Excel settings ?

I cam across this document that someone put on the internet, it is for Cognos 8 but still should have some good tips.
