Hi Guys. A bit of an issue and I was wondering can anyone help. IN FM I have added a security filter on a ROLE ..Group A can only filter on COnsumer= ABC where Group B = DEF. Publish to dev, group A can only auth reports with consumer = ABC etc. it works no worries. When I publish to production security filter is non-existant. These groups./roles are in production. Im wondering what options do I need to promote when I deploy the package. I am deploying the package only . I would have thought any filters wiould be enclosed in the package. What am i missing in the deployment. Should I be promoting cognos groups and roles or access... Any help is much appreciated..

when you say security filter you mean data security, correct? Actualy this looks suspicious to me, once implemented the security filter remains in the modell, no further setting for further deployments needed as far as i know. Are you sure the deployment worked? Do you have access to the cognos logs?
