Folks.
I need to change a class and make it local for a prompt Page Item. We are in Report Author 10.2.1 so I
did it 9 months ago but I can't remember. Here is what I did.
Navigated to Class from Report Explorer.
Moved the Global Class to Local
Change the Text to use Black Bold Fonts (Preview Showing)

Now, I am stuck. Not sure where to go from for the Prompt Page.
For the Report Page, no problem but I need to assign this local class to the
prompt page.

Am I missing a step?

Any classes you define are available to all report pages, including prompt pages. "Local" means to the report, not the page.

Since all text colors needs to be the same, I just changed the GLOBLAL for this report.
