Hi Cognos gurus

I have an requirement like in MS-Excel apply the drill- Through functionality , but we can apply drill-Through functionality in HTML , PDF but i don't no how to apply drill -Through functionality in Excel.

Can anyone tell me how to achive this.

Hi,

By rendering as Excel you are taking the output outside of the control of your web server. This means drill-through definitions will not work. The alternative is to bring in a hyperlink and set the URL source as a report expression. Use an expression to point to the URL of the report you want to link to, and add any passed parameter names and values into the URL.
