Title: Resolved: 500 - internal server error while exporting to Excel 2007 format

Hi,

When user tries to export Cognos reports (HTML) in Excel 2007 format he gets "500 - internal server error" as shown in attached screenshot.

I have tried searching in google but did not find any concrete solution. Please suggest.

Note: We are using Cognos v10.2.

There is likely more information available in the Cognos server logs.

Not sure but this issue got resolved once I have restarted Cognos Gateway server.  :)
