Hi,

I am using cognos 7 architect model(.cem) and I want to use as a data source for cognos 10 .cpf file.

For that I need to convert the .cem file into xml, to do so i need arch2xml command line tool.

<<To migrate 7.3 models, you need version 7.3 of Architect and ObjectStore respectively and you must use the arch2xml command>>

Is there any cost involved to get the command line tool or please suggest on how to get that tool.
