Title: help needed in Drill thru report

Hi All,

I have a drill thru report . My requirement is, When i click Run in the cognos viewer of the child report, it has to run the parent report.
i think it can be done using javascript , can you please help me out with some input....

Just to be sure, you are trying to drill through to the PARENT report?  Please clarify, I have done plenty of drill through stuff and would be glad to help.

Yes, I want to drill thru to the parent report. Cos, i have some 4 linked child reports and at any point of time if the user clicks the RUN in cognos viewer , I want it to start over from the parent report.

If you need to drill through to the parent, why not just include the URL for the parent report?

where should i include the URL to make it work , when i click on RUN in cognos viewer ?
