the question is:
The old admin is no longer working with us now i have admin rights so there are 2 users in BI Administrator
but we only have 1 license.
can i delete the old admin without consequentes?

It's possible you could encounter issues with any schedules that the old admin owned if you delete the account.
I'd test and if necessary take ownership of the schedules if necessary.
The answer might depend a bit on your particular setup - did the old admin have any reports running out of My Folders for instance?

does this also apply to the mappings
for instance the mapping production if i look at the owner ship is still has the old admin on it
must i change this in order to keep on working if so there ar lost of maps and files that i must change of is there another way to take ownership for everything?
Sorry, I'm not all that familiar with Cognos Map Manager so can't really comment on this with certainty.
Hopefully somone else will be able to clarify this for you.
