Anyhelp would be appreciated/

When i try to query the date, I am getting error in cognos connection.

XQE-CON-0007

XQE error encountered: DPR-ERR-2002 Unable to execute the request because there were no connections to the process available within the configured time limit.

Please help me to figure out!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MFGF - I have tried that link too. But, No luck...

IS there anyway to solve this issue.

In that server, the windows is not activated yet. So, Is that cause this?
I asked Help desk to activate window server.

Please let me know, is it can cause this error?

Windows Activation has nothing to do with Cognos.

check if query service has been enabled on dispatcher server or not.

The problem is solved.

Actually, In content DB(SQL Server) the SQL service was down.
That's why couldn't execute the request because of no connections in Conten store DB.
