Hi

I am a relative newbie (2+ years) working mainly with Cognos Impromptu 7.x as both
an Admin for the various catalogs and as a Report Writer.  I work in higher education.

I just found this community today, joined and hope to learn a bit and where possible
contribute when I can.

Welcome, John.  I'm sure you will find plenty of conversations of interest here.  Please contribute where you can, and feel free to ask questions when you need to.  I hope you enjoy the site as much as I do.

When you say you are in Higher Education, is that your vertical, or are you actually teaching Cognos Products?

Hello, I am interested in hearing from others in education.  We work in the K12 Public Sector.  Our state has begun the move from Impromptu to ReportNet.
