Hi All,

We are able to connect to the database and run the reports but after schedule it always shows in the "pending" state and shows an error "java.lang.unsatisfiedlinkerror db2jcct2 native library could not be loaded".

Any idea about this issue earlier.

Hi,

The error suggests you are using DB2 - is this as your content store or as your reporting database (or both)?

Is it on a Windows or unix server? Take a look at this support document - does it help point you in the right direction?

Yes we are using db2 for both content store as well as our reporting database and OS is AIX 6.1
