Hi,

Has anyone been able to publish from one server to another using Framework manager, when cognos lives on another server, but Framework Manager is not installed there?

We are trying to publish a framework to our prod environment, but Framework Manager has never been installed there. So I was wondering is anyone has had any success with re-point a test server to prod to publish? Just trying to minimise the risk of having to install something onto our prod server.

I would suggest you use deployment to transfer your package to the production environment. There is no need to publish directly in production.
