Title: APICursor::OpenResult is inactive error.

Hi,

I am getting the below error when i run the report.  I also google this error.  But unable to get the point.  Could any one suggest on this.  Why it is happening?

RQP-DEF-0177 An error occurred while performing operation 'sqlOpenResult' status='-28'. UDA-SQL-0114 The cursor supplied to the operation "APICursor::OpenResult" is inactive. UDA-SQL-0107 A general exception has occurred during the operation "AOpen".

This is an error that was a known issue with certain versions of Cgonos. It was resolved in a later Fix Pack release. What version of Cognos are you running and at what Fix Pack level are you?

We're using cognos 10.2 and still facing the same issue. Any work around?

What fix pack level are you at (if any)?
