We have scheduled reports that go into pending stage at random time and no one particulate report does this. This happens randomly with random reports. The only fix we've found so far is restarting cognos services every other night. This is getting to the point where its happening more frequently and we're having to restart the services during business hours.
I read some where i have to run certain command to drop the NC table. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Check if the same notification database is configured on each dipatcher.
