Hi Friends,

AFAIK, we can configure in httpd.conf to make the Web Server(IBM HTTP Server) connect to multiple dispatchers.
Such as :

http://host/ibmcognos01
http://host/ibmcognos02
http://host/ibmcognos03

My question is Can we make servletGateway do the same thing? From my point of view, when you build the .war file, the specific dispatcher URI is packaged in the file. It can only connect to that dispatcher, right?

Hi,
At a time 1 servlet gateway connects only to single dispatchers.

eg You can have multiple web servers and application servers

There are settings in cognos admin where you can set which dispatcher connects to which web servers.
the server which you are connecting should be active.

Any other guidance, If Im wrong
