Title: SSO stopped working for Cognos BI after authentication changes in IIS for mobile

 I'm on Cognos BI 10..1.1 with FP 2 and cognos Mobile with FP 3.  When i enable the anonymous authentication and disable the windows authentication in IIS 7.X for cognos mobile i lose the SSO in cognos BI on the desktop. How  do i get both of them to work at the same time; SSO for Cognos Bi and be able to the access Content store via iPad App for cognos mobile?
