I installed cognos Mobile and and fix pack 3. I did the installation and configurations but im stuck when i load the cognos app on iPad and after i enter my credentials, the report page closes itself. The app remains open though. On iPad safari, it works with /m/isapi and not /m this is true for firefox browser on desktop as well. Even though i am able to access /m/isapi, i do not however see any active reports i have created. I can see my entire content store but just not the active reports.
i was told that i have make enable Anonymous Authentication and Disable Windows Authentication in both "Default web site" and "cognos10"
directory in IIS 7.5. If i were to make these changes, would this disrupt my single-signon connectivity. Right now Cognos users type in cognos in the browser to get access to cognos Content store. What will making the above changes do to my configuration. i'm sorry i am asking questions like a noob, but i am beginner with cognos Admin and i do not want to make any mistake on production environment. any help is greatly appreciated thanks!
