I have setup a folder called 'Inventory' I have assigned members to a role called 'Inventory Mangers' and added 20 report views to the folder. The 'Inventory manager' role has read, execute, and traverse permissions for all reports/views in this folder.
The 20 report views that I original setup appear and execute fine for all members in the role. Today I have added a new report view to the folder and the users can see the report view but can't run it.
I have checked the permissions on the new report and it is the same as every other report attached to views in the folder. Why would one report view in the folder act differently than the other 20? What else should I be checking.

Check the settings of the original report. Could be that there is the restriction...

Nothing specific on the report itself. We ended up deleting it and recreating it and it worked fine without any modifications to settings. One of those weird Cognos mysteries :)
