Hi ,
I have an active report with a prompt page to select a particular client name and once the report is run with respective client name i will get a North america Map. If i select on a particular region i will get charts measures for that specific region. The issue here is how can i go back to the step before the region selection page which i got after prompt selection. For instance, to navigate to that page just i can refresh the browser but, how can i achieve this from the report. Can any one suggest me how we can add a refresh button or any type of link in report page so that when i click on that link i can refresh the active report page.

It depends on how your report is build.
The way I would do it, is make a deck (ex. ReportDeck) with two cards: prompt page and chart. When a user makes a selection he will be brought to the chart card, which can contain another deck for different clients/regions. You could then create a reset button on the chart card that is connected to ReportDeck. When you click the button you will be brought back to the prompt page card of the ReportDeck.

You could perhaps add a button to clear the variable value(s) selected?
