Title: run report - in Excel returns empty/blank - page

When run report - in Excel and when the Open Downloads dialog box would pop up, I would see/save a file size > 5KB, so I would think I have a viable file, but when I open it, it appears to be an empty Excel sheet/page.
Please advise.

Also,

I believe it is the version of IE you are using.. There was some posts here about it recently but I cannot seem to find them.
