What is the maximum limit size of the Powerplay Cubes?
What is different ways we can refresh Powerplay Cubes.?

There is no limit, but you need to start tuning them once they grow over 1GB. With large cubes the only pheasible way of refreshing them is to rebuild. With smaller ones, you may use incremental builds.
