Hi,

we have some users having IE 10 are not able to get the report output in excel format. After running the report, just get the flash and then gone. We applied all the IE security settings ...but still the issue is there.
Can anyone please advise what could be the solution...!!!

AFAIK there is no official support for IE 10 as yet, try IE 10 in version 9 compatibility mode to see if this solves your issue..

We had similar issues and in the end removed IE10...we're using IE9 instead now.
