Can we perform left outer join or full outer joins in report studio.

I have the option to change cardinality but how to do outer joins in report studio

0:1 / 0:n indicate outer joins

0:n --- 1:1 Left Outer Join
1:n --- 0:1 Right Outer Join
0:n --- 0:1 Full Outer Join

Observe Zero.....
