Title: Backing Up Catalogs
Post by: dxwallace on 20 May 2007 09:37:30 PM
I am new to decision stream, and I am trying to see can someone tell me in general, how would I backup production catalogues with decisionStream?

Hi,

The easiest way is from within the designer.  Go to the File menu, and use the Backup Catalog option.  This will export all your catalog definitions in the catalog database to a text file backup of your choice, which can later be restored into the same or a different catalog using File/Restore catalog.

Alternatively, use the database backup ulility to back up the catalog tables if you prefer...

Best regards,

MF.
