Print Page - Past Activities not showing everyone

Hi All,

We're in the middle of upgrading to 10.2.1 and when I go to see Past Activities under my username which has admin authority I can only see the reports I've run - not other Cognos users.

Anyone have experience with this issue? Our security is setup with AD groups then we assign the AD Groups to Cognos roles.

Any help is appreciated.

I believe the Cognos roll need to have scheduling capabilities. What we did is we created a "Scheduling Group" and added that group to the Scheduling capabilites under Security.
