I'm afraid my clairvoyance tiara isn't working too well at the moment, so you're going to have to provide at least a few details about how the queries for your prompts are defined and how much data they are retrieving. Saying you have three prompts for year, month and dept code and not providing even the tiniest clue about how they are defined is rather a challenge - even for PaulM who knows EVERYTHING :) It's something I might expect from a new forum user in an initial post (before they realise they we are not sitting next to them and able to see what they are looking at). You don't quite class as a new user these days, though - you're one of the longest-standing members we see on here. You need to help us out with some details, Pooja my old friend...
