I have a problem with Cognos 10.2 SDK when upgrade Cognos 8.4 to 10.2. Cognos 10.2 SDK .NET dll's are not compatible with .NET 2.0. I found Cognos 10.2.1 have a fix to support .NET 3.5, not .NET 2.0(See link http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg1PM75475).
It takes much time for me to update the current Cognos SDK application.
Please help if you have any solution for this

The solution is to update your SDK apps to 10.2 and the supported DLLs. I would suggest this so you are "supported" by IBM.
