i am sending mails via report bursting. these mails are successfully delivered to the recipients but in SPAM, Could anyone help me with this issue ?

Uh, why would that be a Cognos issue? There is a policy somewhere within your organization responsible for this

Now, go to www.google.com (http://www.google.com) and enter 'why is my mail marked as spam'. About 16mil hits, lots of clues to pick up ;)
