Print Page - Common Prompt for multiple reports

Title: Common Prompt for multiple reports

We have 4-reports having similar prompts (year, month, department) and currently user's runs those reports individually by selecting the prompt values for each report.

Is there a simpler way to design common prompt to run those 4-reports?

Much appreciate your help on this.

Hi,

Create Common Prompt page for all four reports..

Create Report Page with 4 Text Items with Report names for User Selection... For those 4 Apply drill thru.

There is no Other way I think.

Hi pooja, yes you can create a prompt page for the prompts and 4 pages for 4 reports.
